Welcome to June & April Designs! We are happy you are here. My name is Cortney and I am the owner and sole operator of the business.
I have always had a love of being creative and crafty since a young child and my love for crafts never faded. I have dabbled into many different crafts as an adult including wooden signs, candle making, and epoxy resin but I always came back to making shirts. I love that they can be used for any occasion and the designs are endless.
Besides doing crafts, I love to be outside with my boys. We like to go on bike rides, walks, or just toss the ball around. We also like to go to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs and trampoline parks.
Before becoming a business owner, I worked at a bank in the Mortgage Department for five years and at a Title Company for almost a year. After I had my second son, my husband and I decided it was time for me to stay home and raise our boys. Soon after, I began to feel like I was missing something, a purpose. I wanted to be more than just "mom". I tried a few different avenues before I decided to make my hobby into a business.
