Processing
Orders placed on the website will be processed within 2-3 weeks.
Processing on custom orders will vary on the design and how long it takes us to create your vision.
If you need your order by a certain date, please send us an email at juneandaprildesigns@outlook.com with RUSH ORDER in the subject line.
Shipping
All product will be shipped through USPS. Shipping times vary on location, weather, and seasonal holidays. However, in most cases, shipping times are approximately three (3) business days after processing. All orders that are shipped will receive tracking information.
Local Pickup
June & April Designs is located in Milliken, CO. If you are local and wish to pick up your order, please make sure you select the "Local Pickup" option at check-out. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the pick up address and instructions.
If an order is not picked up after 30 days, a shipping invoice will be sent to your email and local pick up will no longer be an option for the order. If the shipping invoice isn't paid after 15 days, the order will be donated.
If a customer doesn't pick up three (3) orders, local pick up will no longer be offered to that customer.
Return & Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing an order. A full refund will be given at that time. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled.
Returns will be accepted under certain circumstances. If there is a problem with your order, please send an email to juneandaprildesigns@outlook.com so we can work out a solution.
Returns and refunds will not be accepted on custom orders.
